Fairfield Inn and Suites Memphis Germantown

The facility in "undergoing renovation" and the first room we were given had its share of problems, mainly air conditioning that wasn't working while outdoor temps were 99 degrees, but the manager on duty attempted an in room fix and found us another room when the fix didn't work. The second room was fine. Staff here is highly responsive to guest needs. Breakfast could not have been better! We did not use the indoor pool. Both times that we stayed here out of town youth sports teams have also been guests, and they have been well behaved.

The best part of the stay was Ms Jam. She was great. A joy to talk to. She made us feel like we were at home!

The breakfast was the only thing that really could use improvement. It was not as fresh as it should have been. The cranberry juice was extremely watered down and the orange juice didn't seem very fresh. The egg seemed like it had been cooked quite a while prior to when we ate. Serving biscuits would have been much better with gravy.

Clean , front desk staff nice and efficient. Good parking available.

Everything about this place was great. We were passing through Memphis with a sick 18m old. Fever was high so we took her to emergency room. I have three other kids so I got the room for them a place to sleep. Staff was very understanding since I didn't check in till around 3 in the morning, they gave us a couple hrs past check out time to get some rest. We liked it so much we stayed two more nights.
